User Interface - Screen Shot

This is what the computer screen looks like while conforming. The playback controls are used for synching film and video when you first begin working on a reel.

Once sync is established, the video display follows the film automatically as the film in the synchronizer moves. The next video frame appears exactly when the film frame line is at 12 o'clock in the synchronizer. There is no lag time and no ballistics slowing things down. The video is always fully caught up with the film in the synchronizer, frame-accurately, hard-locked with the film.

The internal film footage and time code counters are for reference only.
